Its all happening at Bluegum

Stage 2 is now completed with all units sold and moved into. There is a new display unit open at Bluegum on 17 Emu Parade, Thirlmere. The bowling green is now completed and all residents are thoroughly enjoying it.  The sales of Stage 3 are going extremely well. At BlueGum we now have a monthly morning tea, all welcome to come along and meet the staff and residents. Exciting times at Bluegum!

A. Bluegum Lifestyle Resort is designed for the over 55’s and, in fact, some villages report 20-30% of residents still work full or part time.

Q. Are there any resident rules?

A. Yes, Residential Rules are applicable but the rules are designed to help residents and their guests enjoy the village facilities and lifestyle with minimal distractions.

Q. Can we have guests stay with us?

A. Generally you are more than welcome to have family and friends stay over. However for the security of residents, we ask to be notified. This is to ensure the safety and security of all residents. 

Q. Are there carports, garages and caravan storage facilities available?

A. Each and every villa enjoys the convenience of a lock up garage. Caravan storage will be made available based on management discretion.

Q. Are pets are welcome?

A. Pets are mentioned in the Residential Rules, but they are welcome at the discretion of management.
